1. All prices of flowers and gifts are in UAE Dirhams and US dollars. Your credit card account will be charged in UAE Dirhams at an exchange rate of 1USD = 3.65 AED.
2. Orders will be confirmed and executed only with the full payment, according to the actual value of the order.
3. No cancellations are allowed on the day of delivery.
4. Should a particular merchandise be out of stock, flowerdubai.com reserves the right to replace it with an item of equivalent or higher value.
5. flowerdubai.com always strives to do its best to deliver at the specified time. However, there will be rare occasions that this cannot be accomplished due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, flowerdubai.com will not be liable for any claims arising out of such situations.
6. flowerdubai.com will also strive to maintain anonymity for anonymous orders. However, in some cases it may become necessary to reveal the identity of the sender. We will not be held responsible for any outcomes this may cause.
7. All products contained on this site are for delivery within the United Arab Emirates only.

• Orders received before 12:00 PM (Dubai time - GMT+4.00), can be delivered the same day.
• Orders received after 12:00 PM (Dubai time - GMT+4.00), will be delivered the following day.
• Orders received after 1:00 PM on Thursdays will be delivered on the upcoming Saturday. Unless special arrangements have been made, orders scheduled for delivery on Fridays and Public Holidays may be made on the next working day.

Rights, privileges and responsibilities of Customers:

flowerdubai.com understands that the flowers ordered by its customers are often intended for their loved ones and commits itself to the following:

1. We guarantee that your floral arrangements will stay fresh for one week.
2. We further guarantee your 100% satisfaction on all products. flowerdubai.com shall undertake to deliver the flowers and/or gifts ordered within a reasonable period of the stipulated period. If an order is placed before 12 pm (Saturdays to Thursdays), flowerdubai.com guarantees delivery within the same day.
3. If an order is placed before 1 pm on Thursday, flowerdubai.com guarantees delivery over the weekend or Saturday (the next working day) .
4. If flowerdubai.com is unable to deliver the flowers and/or gifts ordered within a reasonable period of the stipulated time (please note that owing to traffic conditions and delivery schedules, delivery may not always be possible at the exact time stipulated in the order forms), the customer shall be entitled to a complimentary bouquet (in addition to that already ordered) that flowerdubai.com will deliver without charge and upon request to anyone that the customer designates.
5. If flowerdubai.com is unable to deliver the flowers and/or gifts ordered within a reasonable period of the stipulated time and the customer decides to cancel the order before delivery is made, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund.
6. flowerdubai.com will not accept responsibility for late or non delivery of the flowers and gifts ordered in the following circumstances.
   I.The recipient of the flowers and/or gifts is not present at the address given and there is no one else present to receive the delivery.
   II. The address given is incorrect.
   III. No valid telephone number for the recipient is given and/or the telephone number given is incorrect.
   

flowerdubai.com will make 3 attempts to contact the customers. In the event that the recipient has been called away from home unexpectedly without the knowledge of the customer, or if there is any other reason for non delivery flowerdubai.com will not liable. In such circumstrances, it will be at our discretion to arrange a refund or a credit for a future order.

flowerdubai.com guarantees that any information given to us by you, will be respected as privileged information and shall remain absolutely confidential.

1. All records of transactions are removed from the server and kept offline in a secured place.
2. All transaction information will be used solely for the purchase only and to enhance the service provided to our customer.
3. No information pertaining to any customer will be sold, given or revealed to any third party without the prior consent of that customer.
4. flowerdubai.com will not reveal the identity of any customer without the express consent of the latter. (Example - some of our customers send flowers as secret admirers. When the recipients make a request for the identity of the sender, we will first consult with our customer on whether he/she wishes to remain anonymous and we will respect our customer's wishes in this regard.) Unfortunately, in some cases we cannot guarantee to meet this requirement due to social trends in the region.
